デトックスの為というより、好きで週に2~3回ほど作っています。
それでもさっぱり甘く飲みやすいところがお気に入り。
ヨガの後やヘルシーな気分を味わいたときにブレンドして飲んでいます。
次は青汁系のジュースにも挑戦してみようっと。
"fresh juice"
This homemade fresh juice has been our favorite quick snack lately. Throw a carrot, an apple, and an orange into a blender with a splash of Zico and turn it on to puree it all together. Viola! It is nice and thick because of all the fiber still mixed in it, but still refreshing and oh-so-delicious! It is supposed to have a detox effect, and that is just a nice added bonus for us. I suppose that we will never get tired of this juice but feel like I should play around with some other ingredients, just in case. How about a super green juice?
